I think you guys can beat Air Force this coming Saturday. Good luck!

When I was in Wyoming on vacation in the June/July time frame I visited the University of Wyoming and fell in love with the campus. (see my post about the campus in the Hole in the Wall Forum). Anyway, I also visited the football field and found it to be equally as beautiful. A construction company was in the process of installing a new score board for the football field. I hope all of the fans are enjoying the new score board because it appeared as though it would be a huge enhance to the overall game experience.

My new goal is to attend a football game at the U. of Wyo. in the next couple of years. As I said, I fell in love with the U. of Wyo. as well as the entire state of Wyoming. Wyoming is now my favorite state with Montana being second and Alaska third. But, Wyoming is definitely my favorite state without question.

Cool stuff, where are you from exactly?

Back in 2009 I was on a church retreat with a group of men from my parent's congregation. The oldest guy there was 83 and was born in Ohio. He told me a story about when he was 16 (in 1942) his father took the entire 2 weeks of vacation he had saved up at his factory job to take their whole family to the Tetons and Yellowstone......when they were leaving he looked at his old man and asked, "why would you work for years to save up and visit this place when you could just move and live here?"
His family acted like he was crazy for thinking that so when he got out of the army he bought a one way ticket to Casper and never looked back.
