I think a later bowl would have been better for our 'Boys...too many of them have been on Twitter the last couple of weeks saying they "can't wait to go home". I am not trying to say they want to quit UW, but I think since this bowl was so early and they weren't able to go home for a day or so, that maybe their heads were at home, rather than the game? Just an idea.

Guess that is a nice excuse if you lose. Funny, it wasn't an issue two years ago when the game was played on the same weekend. Besides, how many days would they have able to go home if the bowl had been on Wednesday or Thursday? Zero. Just doesn't hold water. Sorry. They just got outplayed by a better team. Accept that and look for how to get better. That's the key.

Like I said...an idea...especially since they seem so excited to be home now.


Anyways....I hope they all work hard in the off season and get better.
