UW secondary in for test

Both secondaries are in for major tests. I think its fair to say both Wyoming AND Bowling Green haven't played anyone nearly as good as each other.

Hopefully they're all getting up to speed now. They weren't challenged too much on Saturday, though. Half the time TS tried throwing it, they were off the target, or they dropped passes.

i've noticed that when smith get's a little excited he tends to put a little too much sauce on the ball and launches it about 15 yards too far....but he regains his composure very fast and ropes it in very well

don't think that BG hasn't noticed this and i'm sure they will really try and exploit it, most likely by dropping the safeties back into deep zone and rushing 5 or 6...leaving only 2 corners, a nickel, and maybe a LB to cover the gap in the field...if we can recognize when they do this it could mean some easy short passed over the middle and then try and nail a deep pass once the bring the SS to help

this is my dream world...feel free to visit sometime

Texas St. passing game was one of the worst I have ever seen. So many dropped balls and poor throws to open receivers. Any halfway decent team like BG will take advantage of those gaps.

Defense better step up big time this week.

If they did that they would probably blitz their LB's or play them tight to the line to stop our run, so then all we do is pass for 5 to 6 yards at a time. Then, if they keep their safeties back and pull back the LB's we run. If the safeties come up to stop the run, we bomb it down field.
