Utah's QB to save the day....................

Utah gave Thompson his second start of the season, hoping his quickness and ability to run the option would come in handy against the Ducks.

This be the same Jason Thompson we all familiar with. He got injured and left the game without leading his team to the promised land by the smug but opportunistic dip shit..... DC.

Was happy to see the Zionites go down in their 'thug black' unis and dropping the ball on the 1 yard line was one for the ages. So many homies get into celebration mode and make themselves look so pitiful but they continue to do it. I love it. In the background 3 nimrods jumping up and down and thumping on their chests while the ball is half way down the field, being run in for a TD.

This is NOT the same Thompson!
This is KENDALL Thompson.

Jason Thompson the former WYO qb has to sit out this season due to transfer rules.

But good effort to talk shit on DC and Thompson. At least get your facts straight before you make posts like that.

How about we worry about our own shitty program instead of a former conference mate?

I agree with this.

Except for in the case of BYU. I'm always going to delight in their fails.

Or common sense. Jason Thompson has to wait 1 year before he can play a game due to transfer rules. His second year in a row sitting out after leading Wyoming to a close loss to Air Force! Remember? Remember? He threw for 200 yards against a really bad Air Force defense! He lost, but he looked, like, so TOTALLY cool! Meanwhile, Colby Kirkegaard threw for 283 yards, 2 TDs, and actually won against a better Air Force team. And people want to bench him now when it would be very counterproductive to everything the offense and staff are trying to do.

You are crazy if you don't think Jason Thompson is a good QB, and at the very least better than Kirk.

No point in arguing it with you though, you have your mind made up just because you don't like the guy.

This argument will never end but hands down Thompson is a more athletic QB than Colby and if you are actually tying to argue that I dunno what to tell you.

FYI People want to bench Colby because he has played 10 games and only shown up for 1 of them.

It's yet to be seen if Jason is a better QB. Hearsay and conjecture doesn't make someone a good QB

I guess time will tell.

Hopefully by then we have something to cheer for and aren't just saying "WHY DID YOU LEAVE US"

Have we ever had a QB that left and tore it up? Doctson is first player I can really think of that left and had great college career

ACS didn't really "tear it up" but he won quite a few games in the SEC and led them to a Bowl...

And I don't know if we have had the same type of situation as Thompson leaving with DC.

Plus, I don't get it, we all acknowledge DC could recruit, especially QBs. But when it comes to the ones that left us, we pretend they sucked?

Uhhh.... :?

You seem surprised that people hold grudges when they are let down by what turns out to be a pretty mediocre head coach. When is the last time we had a Head coach on the field we were proud to have? Glenn? Some were and some were not because his offense sucked ass in a much harder MWC.

For me personally I have to go back to Tiller he was the last coach that I was proud to see on the field. Bohl has to prove himself still but from what I see he cares for the players and players (some of them) are buying in and that is a good thing.

Shamiel Gary left, didn't exactly tear it up, but he is in the NFL now.
