Decent sized school actually. Maybe a 25,000 seat stadium? But they'll be in the same boat as UTSA, in that they'll be in their first year of football ever.

We let them think they are the largest school in Utah. I'd have to look, but I think USU has more students than the Zoobs.

Different when you have a mega church bankrolling your ahtletic/missionary department compared to tight assed state legislature. Just look at UW. One of the richest states (since we are actually in the black) and we still don't have the funding for our only real sports programs or powerball.

I really don't think it's a bad thing to not overspend. It's not like Wyoming doesn't spend a lot more money per capita on university sports than most other states.

As for Powerball, I'm glad they don't have it. Currently close to 70% of U.S. Powerball winners declare bankruptcy within 5 years. Almost every single one, including the ones that don't go bankrupt, wishes they had never won (although that's assuming the ones committing suicide wishes they hadn't won as well). It's a curse in so many ways, and you don't realize how bad it is until you see it.

Utah Valley is a pretty decent sized school, and there have been rumors about football for a LONG TIME.
