He did but in the same breath called the referees the same thing because he has trouble with completely taking responsibility without implying that he isn’t completely at fault just like he did describing the Svoboda pick as not being as big a mistake by Svoboda but by other players.

Do you guys remember when I used to come on here and rage after losses and call for us to go down to FCS? Now I don’t even care. So you tell me, what’s worse….anger or apathy? I went on 7220 after the Idaho loss and said Svoboda should be benched and got killed for it. The fact Sawvell thought Svoboda was better than Anderson tells me all I need to know about him as a coach. Anyone with eyes can see Anderson is vastly superior.

I just don't understand how you can be worried about losing a QB who was 0-5 as a starter to begin his career (including texas last year). Texas was the only game he looked remotely competent (for 3 quarters) and that's only because they didn't have him do anything but give it to Waylee and the D played well. We probably feel different about Svboda's Texas performance had our D played worse. ASU, ok first game. After Idaho, we should be thinking, "wait a minute". Then major alarms going on after being non competitive against BYU. Go down to Texas and get wrecked while looking like dogshit. Anderson should have started against AF. Svboda beating AF cost us two additional wins. Fucking Sawvel telling us we couldn't be competitive against ASU and BYU because they were really good teams is dogshit. I expected to be in those games.
