Utah State Just Got Motivated

I think wick can get the 60 something yards to get to 10000. When that kid runs with motivation he is a freight train. Especially now that Brett is back to being Brett, they have to respect the deep pass and the read option that worked great against Hawaii and earlier in the season. Getting our offensive line back and healthy is a different story. It will be hard to beat Utah st at home, but in football you just never know what might happen. Take SDSU beating Boise, never would've bet on that one. We are capable of beating Utah st if we dont beat ourselves.
10,000? Whoaa.

To hell with USU. As much as I want some AD and coaching changes in the offseason, the Poke can still go bowling. Yes, strange but true. So for those who went out and bought your USU knee pads, that is your choice. They are living off a weak schedule and haven't beat a team with a better than .500 record this year. Plus, their fan base is loaded with douchebags.

I'm pulling for the Pokes in this one (and I don't give crap what the line is, etc).

Go Pokes!!

Well they did beat CSU who was 6-5 going into the game, and is now 6-6, and beat UNLV who is 6-5.

But if UNLV is their signature victory...that makes me a little more optimistic about it.

Fuck.
Slim chances just got slimmer.
How the hell does SDSU go from losing by 21 @ HOME to an fcs school to beating Boise State, just 3 months later.

They can play defense quite well.

Is this the same piss poor SDSU that went to overtime with Hawaii? The same Hawaii that the great and all knowing "beav" has recently degraded? How can this possibly be? How could SDSU beat Boise State after barely winning to a terrible Hawaii team (that the Pokes just beat in OT)? Tell me all great and knowing "Beav"...how can this possibly be? The world makes absolutely no sense right now. Please provide me some insight into this cosmic collapse.

And do you know the dirtiest quote ever said on national tv? "Ward, don't you think you were a little hard on the Beav last night?" From Leave it to Beaver.

Wow, someone pissed in your cereal this morning.

The same Hawaii that I have degraded? I've said things like they have been in almost every single game and they aren't that far away from being a 5-5 team.

Dude....what? Chill out.

Here you go again trying to start shit for no reason. Seriously, back off. To keep doing this is just stupid, as it doesn't accomplish anything except to make yourself out to look like an unreasonable asshole.

I'm hoping the Pokes found some motivation after winning last week. Because of our D and their D, it won't be easy. I just have a feeling about this one.

Go Pokes!!

I won't make any dumb predictions, but the players I saw on campus yesterday seemed to have a little extra hop in their step.
They aren't dumb, they know what is at stake (and it's not the trophy that they are playing for).

Like I've said before, they don't care if winning gets DC another year or not, they don't care that the AD doesn't have the best track record, they just want to win.
They want to go to a bowl game and win that.
They don't care there are too many bowls.

They don't give a shit about all the fans that say we need to lose to get rid of DC so we can have a winning program, all they want to do, is win and win now. Bottom line.

Serious question.
Is this different than any other game week?
If so, why?

Absolutely. Win and go to a bowl. Lose and we're done. It's do or die time.
Obviously when it's all said and done and we look back on it, it will either be just 1 of the 6 wins, or 1 of the 7 losses. But without a doubt this game is different considering the circumstances. Playoff football.
