I watched Whittingham's post game press conference. I love when these coaches come out and talk about how much respect for the program they just drilled. Over 500 yards of offense and a 31-6 win for his team. They even covered the spread. Seems pretty hollow to "act" like you have a bunch of respect and how well coached the opposition was. It feels mostly like they are trying to protect each other's outrageous salaries and jobs so the fan base won't get upset at their existing coach and administration for these long term contracts they pass around.

When we put a scare into Texas in Austin a few years ago, I don't think Sark said one word about our team afterward. Neither him nor Wittingham have warm and fuzzy feelings toward Wyoming, so I am going to take Whittingham at his word.

Thinking about this - I don't remember it being that windy, but I wasn't on the field.

Yep. TT did what Wyoming couldn’t. Even with their mobile backup quarterback. Imagine that!

Definitely eating crow when it comes to Utah. I overestimated how good they were.

Makes me feel even worse about Wyoming football now.

I gotta admit, that J Johnson’s game plan was what Tech actually executed. I know we were all barking about the long pass calls on 2nd and 3rd down last week, but that’s exactly what they did and they executed them. I think we have the right personnel receiver wise, but our blocking and QB play didn’t work. I really, truly, hope that Anderson is capable of being our guy, but if he isn’t by the 2nd quarter tonight, Jay needs to switch it up. Even for a series or two. CU is beatable, but loyalty can’t blur the coaches vision. Kaden is a good dude, but if he isn’t moving the ball, you owe it to everyone else working their butts off to give us a chance to win. Can’t wait as long as we did last season. All I can say is Let’s Go Pokes! Get ‘er Done!

It's possible, I suppose. But I've never been sold on Dampier. He's a terrible passer. He showed it again today. He makes bad reads and he's inaccurate. But maybe he'll prove me wrong. I'm sure Utah paid good money to get him.
