USU Game Thread

Game set match :( We did out play them quite a bit, We killed our self with boneheaded penalties, we got screwed on a few plays but w/e that happens all the time for both teams. Mediocre passing in the first half and we can't get so far behind so early.

Countless chances and we've come away w/basically zero points. Utah is running DC's vision of defense but its working. Bend into the red zone and hold.

Utah is running Whittinghams defense. Blitz the shit out the QB, force bad throws that result in bad throws which lead to picks.

Utah leads the country in sacks. And they have bad ass safety's that hit hard and will be playing on Sundays.

I don't think DC had a vision for defense.
 
This is what I thought the defense would do, But I really thought the offense could ride the last 6 quarters of play and get things moving early. Instead it took until the 3rd quarter to really be in shape to score and both times in the red zone there were bad throws at least the under thrown pass on Colby the tipped pass they happen and we all seem them.
 
So now to earn a Bowl game for Bohl we have to beat Boise and New Mexico, Looking like a 5-7 finish unless the offense has a Fresno type of night next week.
 
Dang it. The score of the game does not reflect how competitive we were. Penalties killed us. Too bad. We'll lose to Boise and kill New Mexico.
