I completely agree. However, UW has had a tough time keeping kids from LA and Cali in general to stay in the program.

Probably because kids will be kids, and Laramie's incredibly boring if you're a big city boy. However, if he's from LA, I bet he'll enjoy breathable air and little to no traffic.

UW has lost it's share...but kept it's share as well.
