I wonder if Prosser's weight is a misprint. He was that at the end of spring drills and looks bigger IMO.LanderPoke said:Overall size is much better. I Still am worried about the DE position, though. I hope our edge rushing speed makes up for lack of size.
I hope to see a bit more blitzing this year, otherwise I don't see us recording any sacks with the lack of size/depth at DELanderPoke said:Overall size is much better. I Still am worried about the DE position, though. I hope our edge rushing speed makes up for lack of size.
It would be hard to record fewer sacks than last year.. I think having a better interior push will take pressure off the DEs and hopefully get them in one on one situations.cali2wyo said:I hope to see a bit more blitzing this year, otherwise I don't see us recording any sacks with the lack of size/depth at DELanderPoke said:Overall size is much better. I wondered that, too.JimmyDimes said:I wonder if Prosser's weight is a misprint. He was that at the end of spring drills and looks bigger IMO.LanderPoke said:Overall size is much better. I Still am worried about the DE position, though. I hope our edge rushing speed makes up for lack of size.
We could roll out 250 and 245 at DE. That isn't too small. Over the next couple years I can see our Dline and linebackers, and safties getting much bigger. The incoming freshman linebackers are already decent size. The freshman safeties are tall, but need to add weight.
