We are too. Planning to drop the Harley on the Lake Express Ferry out of Milwaukee. A little more than 2 hours to cross Lake Michigan. And then a 2 hour drive from Muskegon to Mt. Pleasant. I can think of worse ways to spend a fall weekend. I always enjoy seeing a different campus in the fall....to be young again!
That may be on our radar as well. Went there (Josh's junior year, when he was hurt) and WYO pissed down our legs, like only WYO can do - losing to them, when we should have destroyed them.
I did Amtrak out of SD before. Not sure how close it gets to SJSU but saves you that 8 hour drive and you can get drunk in the first class car
It'll get you like 2 and half miles from the stadium, there's a bus that stops like a half mile from the stadium though so that may be the play
This was on a fan forum a few years ago, so take it with a grain of salt. Some Cowboys fans were on the San Jose St campus and looking for the football stadium. They asked some students how to get to the stadium - they didn't know where it was. That was SJSU just a few years ago.
Yeah, college football isn't very big in the Bay Area. It's strange.
To be fair to those kids, the stadium is off campus. However, it's also about as far from their student union as the War is from UWs union, you can probably see the stadium from half the schools' dorms so I don't know what's happening there besides good ol miserable Spartan football
Thats kinda the point, the students didn't know what was happening either. Not making fun of you, just marveling at the culture at SJSU not long ago.
