And there's the ball game and bowl eligability. Brett Smith with a huge TD run!
Was standing at the north end zone for that. Man, is he fun to watch.

I agree he's a ton of fun to watch. I can't wait for the next 3 years to see how good he can get with the coaching of Brandon and more experience in this offense.

I gotta point out, UNMs QB Holbrook, the only QB on the roster today for the Lobos, is a gamer. Guy is keeping his team hanging around.

A fitting end to the game BIEZUNS with the forced TO!!!!! There is a reason Wyo leads the nation in TO margin!

Punching the #1 team in FCS in the mouth on their home turf is a pretty big statement.. Griz should get a seed heading into the playoffs.

I can't believe there wasn't more people there. Crappy team, yes but we are having a good year. The East side looked terrible. Was the West any better?

6000 were in attendance of the 14 that bought tickets. Sad considering the season we're having. I know weather wasn't the best, but you could at least beat that if everyone in Laramie decided to go. Just the students!

Not really. Pretty disappointing. The roads weren't that bad.

I think most of the Laramie folks must have watched from home or the bars. Pansies.

It really wasn't that bad up there. I-80 was pretty icy in a couple of places and I believe there were a couple of accidents (at least we saw two different ambulances with sirens on heading toward Cheyenne and coming back within about 30 minutes of each other), but from Longmont it still only took about 2 hours total.

Huge thanks to WYO1016 for the tickets. Turnout was pretty bad, but at least it was tons of fun and still got fairly loud on a few Lobos third downs. Our 14-month old had a great time too and somehow didn't complain during the entirety of the game - and if a 14-month old can handle it, it's pretty sad that so many of Laramie's residents couldn't. The Lobos mascot did entertain him, though. Guess it looked like a giant puppy...

Glad to help man. I'd rather someone use them than let them go to waste.

Attendance was PATHETIC again! Roads were a little dicey on I-80 between Buford and Laramie, but not bad enough where people shouldn't have been on them. I don't understand why people who live in Cheyenne and Laramie won't get out for the game, but the guy who lives in Pine Bluffs never misses one. Boggles my mind!

I guess it's all about priorities. I know if I was living within 4-5 hours of Laramie i'd be at as many games as I could make. Especially ones that have bowl implications.

I wonder if I saw you on TV. I told my wife, "look, that lady is holding a baby". Our little girl was 14 months old when we went to the Weber game and it wasn't a good experience. Usually she falls asleep, but she didn't take a nap the whole time, not even in the backpack I was carrying her in.

Well, they did put us up on the screen in the first half - not sure if it was broadcast or not, though. He was wearing a blue hat at the time, though it was later changed to brown and gold after we visited the store in halftime.
