It's the defense that needs to pull it together, The offense stumbles from time to time but we can't give everyone a 2-3 TD lead at the half and expect to come back and win.

Vigen needs to change his scheme. His run up the gut obsession doesn't work with 8 men in the box. And it shouldn't take 3 quarters to figure out the power run isn't working

You do realize most runs were to the outside or even that little shotgun pitch to Hill to the outside.
We were just stopped rushing today. Inside/ outside. And we very much went away from the run and passed. A Lot! Until Coffman had a breakdown...

Easy to lay blame but let's think these things through a little. I OC and I would have had to make calls throughout this game that probably would have made some question. But sometimes you just have to hope that a play will finally break through.
We had an offense out there today that easily could've put up 40 points today even with the lack of rushing. but penalties and some I'll timed TOs left those scores on the field.
The O has work left to do, but they are there in being able to acheive success. The D is still a work in progress. Young, but I watched a far different D out there in the second half doing what needed to be done. They just need to put that together for an entire game.

Wingard is a stud! That guy is the next safety to go pro at WYO.
Preister did well when he finally got to come in, to bad it was to little to late after Finleys blunder.
And Coffman made some terrible reads today that brought me back to the SJSU game last year.
Really impressed with the WRS and TEs! These guys were a question mark for me coming in to the season and they have really stepped up.
Hill keeps fighting! Even when there is nothing there. I really don't know about Wick. He had some opportunities running today where it seemed like he just gave up and would get a loss. 4 games in and he's yet to break 100 yards.

Nowhere to go but up. Just bide the time till then.

wtf are you talking about 75% of the runs were between the guards or tackles. They didn't use a pitch until the second quarter and didn't use it again until the second half. We hardly ever ran outside. Hill might as well have brought a condom and lube because he was up the ass of our olineman all day. It's pretty clear we weren't watching the same game as the 30 fans around me were yelling and complaining about the same thing as well as one of the GA's on the sideline texting his parents behind me

Why is it we're so undisciplined at home with all the damn penalties? Last week at Pullman I watched a team I was truly proud of, today, more of the same b.s.. Hill didn't even try right or left that worked very well last week. I'm starting to be embarrassed watching this team anymore, it truly is starting to remind me of those DREADFUL Vic Koenning years. Today there was hardly ANY students in attendance, and the crowd that was there weren't in it either, it's only going to get worse. I really don't know what else to say except it's going to be a looooong season

We need to quit running the damn ball to the A and B gaps. I don't give shit if it's the basic look of our offense. The crap never works. Run off-tackle! We make 5+ yards ever play. Pitches, off-tackle, play action. Damnit. This loss is on the coaches.. If we'd just pass the ball and run it off-tackle to the left side we would have won even with our Jr. high defense. damnit this sucks this year.
