A game the last 3 and on a 3 game win streak. How'd that happen with all that attrition? Flicking them shit after MT State didn't age well.

Their new coach went on a recruiting mission to get the players needed to run the offense that was implemented.
Speaking of Montana State 8-0 under Vigen and while speaking of former Wyoming OC’s, Polasek led his NDSU team to the win over SoDakSt which hadn’t been done for a few years.
The former Wyoming OC’s that Burman didn’t even sniff in consideration for the head coach are going to be #1 and #2 in the FCS.
The QB at MSU is completing passes at almost 70% with 14 TD’s and 0 INT’s.
The QB at NDSU is completing passes at a 77% rate with 12 TD’s and 0 INT’s.
Yes - it is FCS, but Wyoming would not beat either of those teams. Obviously the former OC’s weren’t the problem with offensive ineptitude at Wyoming. It’s been a long term unwillingness to recruit offensive talent. A player here and there doesn’t cut it and when you don’t get that handful of talented players - especially in the QB position - you don’t out score your opponents.

Our "coach" named a starting qb in Dec. He obviously knew what he was doing. Good thing we didn't blow up the program like unm.
