First time poster here. On the subject of uniforms, I grew up rooting for the Pokes and graduated from UW and these are my favorite by far. If they stick with one uniform and go for a classic look, I believe this is it.

First time poster here. On the subject of uniforms, I grew up rooting for the Pokes and graduated from UW and these are my favorite by far. If they stick with one uniform and go for a classic look, I believe this is it.

I have read plenty of the BS, I will do my best to stay out of it. Silence is a virtue in many cases. It seems that arguments turn into personal attacks. I'd like to stay away from that.

fair enough, but some of us are associated by religion. Doesnt mean we are all cut from the same mold as them. And some on here take it too far. Therefore...I stay out of the fray and let people look like uneducated fools.

To be honest though, some folks on here do like to make up their own interpretations of what's written and find ways to become offended or personally attacked. Most of us on here are men and intend our words to mean exactly what is written...not some off the wall interpretation that is meant to tickle someone's sensitive feelers.

I understand. I got a bunch of real-world (non-internet) friend who are very religious so I have to really REALLY keep my mouth shut around them. I'm very opinionated. O.K. Extremely opinionated!!!!!!

As mentioned, we are all adults here. I realize that we all dont always see eye to eye. But as long as people are respectful about it, I can take a lashing or two.
Back to the original post, though. For a newcomer... my advice is to lay low when it comes to A) politics and B) religion. I actually like a lot of you knuckelheads on here like brothers. So when stupid stuff is said I give them the benefit of the doubt on why they feel the way they do and I move on.
And yes, I dislike BYU as well. Noted.

I thought we were talking about uniforms? I think I read something where Bohl was going to go more traditional.. I'm guessing we'll have 1 home and 1 away jersey, and maybe 1 special combo.. helmets, who knows.. but I think the camo jerseys will be buried in the ocean or something.

I like the uniform that the OP is talking about, even though the shoes are white. If you dudes want white shoes and socks then go ahead and wear them.
Now for my off topic point. Not all who post on message boards are adults. I think one can be as young as 13.

But those uniforms and helmets were also used during the Roach Era.

I'm kinda with some others here...whatever uniform they wear when they win is good by me. :lol:
But, realistically, unless the uniforms are so freakin' ugly or bizarre, I think that they should wear whatever potential players may wish to wear. I think it's true..some potential players are shallow enough to actually give a crap. So be it. Let the kids wear what they want, again with the caveat that they aren't too freakin' ugly or bizarre.
