UCLA @ Nebraska

Hope the Huskers win this game!
People still think the Huskers D is garbage because of Brett Smith and the Pokes, and think Hundley of UCLA will destroy them.

I really hope Nebraska takes it to UCLA.

I expect a high scoring game, but I see this game the same way as I saw the Wyo-Nebraska game, but with a little more advantage to UCLA.

Instead of saying "If Martinez turns it over a few times, Wyo can win" it is more of "If Martinez turns it over a few times, UCLA will win".

It would be awesome if the Huskers D showed up and shut Hundley down.
A Nebraska win Saturday makes the Pokes look a little better, and a convincing win by Nebraska over UCLA and a blowout win for the Pokes may get us a vote or two for the Top 25.
You know if Nebraska keeps winning, and so does Wyoming, Pellini will be one of the first coaches voting for Wyoming in the Coaches Poll Top 25.

I watched the Post Game interviews with Pellini. He was a complete tool...no credit to Wyoming at all. Look up the interviews on You Tube....he was a little bit of a prick about Wyoming, saying that Nebraska was at fault...no credit to Wyoming. He is on my list of Douchebags...right behind Air Fart's coach.

Oh I believe Pellini is a total prick as well, but you know he will use that win to his advantage if Wyo ends up being good by voting for us.
He will want to make Wyo look as good as possible so when the Nebraska SOS issue comes up (assuming they end up winning 10 or more games) or if they are tied with someone in their division and the higher ranked BCS team makes it into the Big10 Title Game.
 
my friend's girlfriend called up and said to him, "my friend got tickets to this game you wanna go???" he had to ask me if he should after my visit to Nebraska I said, duh.....killer kickoff at 11am CST tho....i'm kinda envious..lol

Wait a minute- you'll root for the 'Huskers, whose Coach expressed little respect for Wyoming, against UCLA because it's good for our SOS, but you won't root for conference-mate CSU against a non-conference team even though it's good for our SOS?

Given the small-time mindset of much of our fan base- no.

How about this...Since CSU sucks and we aren't going to the NC Title Game, that whole CSU SOS keeping us out of the title game is totally irrelevant, but since Nebraska is actually good, and could end up in a BCS Bowl their rankings actually matter.
Deal with it, I am not cheering for CSU.
 
Who cares if Pelini doesnt want to swing from Wyomings nuts. We know he was secretly impressed. He was pissed off After the game. Anyway I hope the Huskers kick the crap out of a soft overrated UCLA team. Makes the boys look that much better. :thumb:

Taylor Martinez got ROCKED on that fumble lol.
Running the option and tried juking the defender and he didn't buy it one bit and creamed Martinez and made him fumble. Nebraska recovered though.Taylor Made making things happen on his feet, Nebraska driving on UCLA.
