TS GAME THREAD

I was honestly surprised Coach Fran pulled Jones' redshirt and started him tonight. I know the rumors were circling, but I assumed Fran was playing head games with Arndt and Moore. I guess we needed to do something to get the offense going.

Being thrust in there against Wyoming for his first snaps isn't the easiest thing to ask of a young qb, but I like what I'm seeing.. barring that freshman-esque interception of course.

I did get a kick out of him being so nervous that he forgot to put his mouthpiece in during his first 3 plays.
 
Ha! Kevin just commented that the rain has virtually stopped. He apparently has no access to radar cuz there is more coming!

By the way, white Texans do not pronounce words the way a Mexican would. When they say San Marcos it sounds like San Marcus.

Lol I noticed that too. I thought it might have been a penalty.
Dual-threat QBs can always make a defense better.
I mean if Alabama gives up like 600 yards or whatever they gave up to A&M, that just shows that dual threats get the job done.
He is fast, and deceptive with the ball.
 
Unreal. If they show this fucking volleyball game over a football game I am going to be pissed.
Football>volleyball anyday.
If they are smart they will go to the football game.
But...the people at the LHN don't seem to be too smart.

I don't know that there is a prefered pronunciation. I've heard San Marcus and San MarcOs.
now Blanco... which is where I'm from (30 miles west) we call it Blank-Oh... and not Blahn-co (traditional Spanish pronounciation)

btw... If you guys are on twitter, our beat writer is @smdrtyler he is posting info as he hears it as well.
