The next 3 games control our destiny. Top 25 aside, a sweep of these three quality MWC opponents will set the tone for the first half of MWC play. Man, wish I was in the area for this week starting Wednesday at the dump they call Moby.... Hoping we can somehow rise to the occassion Wednesday, then top it off with Boise and Aztec victories. One game at a time, men.

I didn't play college ball, but I would think the rankings are important to the players. A motivator.

I like where the team is at. Not too high, not too low. Good place to be at this point in the season IMO.

So then, grab the ranking as soon as possible and then proceed to climb in the rankings. What good is it to be unranked all season and hit 25th by the last week of the season, when the sky's the limit on how high you could get by seasons end?
I agree, I don't want us to be a "one week wonder" in the polls. I want us to be a fixture, and that means getting in and then steadily climbing.
