As for growing up in Rawlins - Great antelope hunting and great access to the Snowy Range, Seminole and the country straight south in the Sierra Madres was amazing. Great place to grow up.
They've got a huge wind farm going in that's going to keep them in construction and electrical jobs for the next few years.
