Tom Buchanan...

needs to step up and tell Burman to either pack his bags or fire Heath Schroyer. It's so friggin disheartening to see where Schroyer and ultimately Burman have let this program sink to. Schroyer was in over his head on day one, and yet he is still the head coach at Wyoming. Is there no one in the administration over there that will step up like a leader and do what is painfully obvious? It's going to have to be Buchanan, as it's pretty clear that Burman isn't going to do it.

Not only should a change be made as has been discussed at length on this board, but I really think Burman needs to make a statement about Schroyer's berating of Mbaye after he got his technical foul. It was a questionable call, don't know what he said after the tip in, but it was called, and it was a bad decision by the kid to make. But with the tv camera fixed on Schroyer he undressed the kid with a barrage of profanity that was caught for all the world(or the hundreds watching on the mtn) to see. Mbaye looked beaten down, and from that point on really did nothing to help the team. That kind of sideline behavior should not be accpted by UW. It was emarrassing and shameful to see. There is a time and place to address a technical foul like that not ripping a kid with a profanity laced dressing down on the court. Maybe i am getting soft in this day and age of everybody gets a ribbon in youth sports but that was and horrible representation of UW.

Just posted the same (in a new thread). I was (and am) extremely pissed off about that situation.

I was thinking the same thing while I was watching that last night and I agree with both of you. That is how you lose players and an entire team.

I rarely get to see the games. I only saw a couple of BB games last season. One with an interview with the coach.
Really I want to say that I don't like the kind of coach who acts like that.
