To those who actually thought we would be 6-3...

Looking back, I think people will look back more favorably on the season than many of us are in the moment. We're 6-3 right now with the only losses coming to two Power 5 schools and at a place where we've never won. We've won the games we were supposed to win. How often has that happened?

I know people had thoughts that we could win one or both of the Iowa/Oregon, but realistically we were not expected to win either game.

Those expectations came from no one foreseeing such a drop off in O production. I had a feeling our D would be pretty good but I thought maybe the O wouldn’t drop off as much as it has. The D is allowing 15 points less per game but the O is scoring 12 less. It’s actually probably more than 12 considering the defensive scores and special teams returns.

I always thought it'd be a 8-4 season again, as it should be upcoming!!!! but would love 9-3 better, beat the Zoomies

Take you truth serum first. Did you ever imagine THIS was how we were going to get here? I didn't. I think Bohl has a special way of motivating achievement on the football field.

This is exactly where I expected us to be and how we would get here. While I would love to have had wins against any of the P5 teams I didn't expect it.
