While it may not be much, I will not attend any men's basketball games and am considering not sending my CJC donation until Heath is fired. Petty? Maybe. Does my donation support other programs other than Men's BB? Sure, which is why I still may contribute. But frankly, there is no other lever that I have than what I can personally control to try and impart my frustration with the direction of the program - at least a lever that may hit the target. I can understand giving a guy time - but when I see (hear) the sort of garbage I heard last night, there is no expanse of time that will correct it. No intensity. No preparedness. No thoughtful schemes. No defense. It's a crap product - plain and simple. We might have "made strides" as the game went on, but frankly, the game looked just like every game last year: Go down big early and then "make strides" all game long to get back within 15-20 at the final horn. Flat out embarrassing. I have no hope for this team. None. I really like Burman. I do. I think he is a great guy who really understands his job - despite what others may think. But I think he has a clear blind spot with Heath.

Lawpoke,

I agree completely. Last night, we get down 31-4. To read some posts on this board, you would have thought we were playing the L.A. Lakers, not a little piss ant big sky team who has never played in the NCAA or the NIT. The other team relaxes and we make a mini run. Big f@#king deal.

I don't see what else you can do. I'm thinking of doing the same thing. But I hate taking money away from the kids. I just want to take it away from Schroyer.

You would think the empty seats would be enough of a hint. I guess not.

LP, I'm not sure if donating to the CJC would work the same as donating to an athletic department where you can tag your money to be used for specific things and not others. If so, you could donate under the stipulation that your money go to one of the scholarships that support one of the non-revenue sports at UW such as The Natrona County Athletic Scholarship (Women's Track) or the H. Neal Roach Athletic Scholarship (Soccer). The full list of scholarships from the 09-10 season is here:

I'm thinking the same way Law Poke. I really am having a hard timing believing that this program has actually fallen this far. Wyoming is one of the worst basketball teams in the nation... no doubt about it. I wasn't able to make the drive up to Laramie tonight due to work, and I have decided to not attend another game all year after Tuesdays debacle in Greeley and tonight. Can't take it anymore...

At this point, I would love to see both Schroyer and Burman let go. Surely the administration at Wyoming is beginning to realize that something needs to happen, right?

Interesting situation for Burman -- Where does he go if he's run out of his own hometown.

Back to his wife's hometown? With his dad? Either way, BAD FUCKING HIRE Tom...and WORSE DECISION EVER ON THE EXTENSION!
