Time to start our second half melt down

I hope you've all enjoyed the season so far because its that time of year again. Yes, its time for the second half of the season, the annual melt down. Hopefully, we'll get so bad, that we can't even complete passes to the Defense anymore.
 
I was under the impression that we started it early, when we went and wet ourselves in Provostan. Since the day we traveled to Provostan, we have been outscored 23 to 153.

On second thought, 23 to 153? That is worse than ANY meltdown.
 
What do you mean? We are going to beat TCU again, beat a down TENN, win our home games, & in Vegas like we usually do. We will finish 7-5, go to a bowl game and beat another BCS school, and finish 8-5.

I need something to hope for, crazier things have happened. We have made our share of turnovers for the next 2 seasons, it stops here.

Who's starting this weekend at QB? Crum started our only 2 wins, is he back in the saddle or are we going with a Freshman, or back to Sween?
 
According to the depth chart, it is Sween, Stutzreim, Crum and Hetrick in that order. Maybe we can play all 4 again this week. Hell, lets play 2 at a time. Put Stutz and Hetrick in there together in a shotgun formation. If the ball is snapped to Stutz, we pass and if the ball goes to Hetrick, he runs it. Maybe we can even add Sween and Crum in as wideouts. We have tried to convert enough high school QB's to wide receivers, so why not?! This staff is still looking for that one past QB like Jovon Bouknight to convert to a playmaking WR. :idea:

I would like two of whatever you are drinking. And one of what you are smoking. If we were playing anyone but the 'Tards, Whiners, and TCU...Stutz would be starting. Even Cole isn't that stupid...eh...ya...
 
I'm drinking and smoking OPTIMISM, that's all I've got to go on.

At least in 2006 when we started bad and finished strong our losses were close, this year it is real hard to be optimistic, but for at least 2 more weeks I can dream of being bowl eligible.
 
You are right. Good point. If you are Wyoming and you are not throwing interceptions any more the only conclusion is that you are getting sacked all the time. And your fumbling is minimized if you are playing defense most of game.
