That's the uniform we should have right now. Just take the basic form and modernize it a bit so it doesn't piss off the original manufacturer.

I have one of the Fennis Dembo Adidas throwbacks to that era in brown that came out a while ago, but 1. It's way too big, and 2. For some reason the signature tag along the hem has Mychal Thompson's signature. Whoops.
