eight team "committee" tournament:

there is no room for an underdog anywhere under the "committee" selection tournament style

Yes there is, 5 to the 5 Power Conferences and 3 to the outsiders

8 Team play off legit giving everyone the opportunity to play and that is exactly what the NCAA needs.
