Where, in that article, does it say that BSU is allowed to keep their home football TV rights? Cause that is not what I read. In fact, this is part of what I read from the espn.com story:

"With neither conference agreeing to that arrangement, Boise State ultimately chose to remain in the Mountain West because of the MWC's geographic proximity and stability as well as the Big East's instability."

Right now, conflicting reports about that. You have some saying BSU was granted rights, and others saying they get the same deal as all other MWC schools.


In other news, SUDS fans on the Mesa board are either in full denial, or thinking that the Front Range schools have held them back all this time (despite dragging their sorry asses out of Div 2 to play in the Old WAC).

Yep.....lots of different verbage. But it wouldn't make any sense for BSU to return if it had the same deal as the rest of the MWC. There has to be some concessions.

True....and moving to 16 would essentially land the conference an automatic BCS bid. The "Group of 5" my ass......no other conference would be able to even remotely compete against the MWC in this scenario.
