Tyrell Williams. The coaches really want this kid according to the other board. I can see why, he's a real deal shot blocker. He's already a defensive pimp in the post. With Shyatt's coaching this guy would be great to have down low.

Williams looks like a kid who has the size to contribute right away. Wyoming absolutely has to sign at least one F/C type of player. I would be fine with them signing Williams since he is physically capable of playing right away.

I really don't get the point of the Gorski kid. He's a shooting guard at 6'4" or so who will be playing small forward and probably some power forward with the way Shyatt recruits "project" big men. Why not go out and get a kid like TJ Holyfield who could develop into a small forward at 6'7" with the ability to actually play power forward.

The information released yesterday says he wants to play basketball and Wyoming is his favorite. He's got offers from CU, CSU, Indiana, Utah, Nebraska....

we're loading up on point guards with Washington, Lieberman, and Conway. But Lieberman can also play the 2 if needed. We need big men, but the NCAA's are about guard play and shooting. I think Gorski would be a good get. We need more consistent outside shooting. Key word, consistent.

Conway will be Grabau's replacement barring some unforeseen injury. That keeps the guards in a four man rotation, which is what Shyatt wants anyway.

I agree that we need Gorski. We need Williams as well. Both the PF and SF are positions where we need more bodies and more competition. Ideally, they'll both be able to contribute early. A class with Lieberman, Barnes, Jones, Gorski, and Williams looks like one that you can build a future around.

Conway is potentially the start of something special in 2015. If they can add Hassan Thomas and a couple of other guys to that four man class, Wyoming can set ourselves up for the future nicely.
