Ok, well to the extent you missed the last 2 years - Jay Sawvel is the head coach and Jay Johnson is the offensive coordinator.

You might also be happy to hear that Tom Burman gave Jay Sawvel a fully guaranteed 5 year head coaching contract worth a minimum $5.8 million. We shouldn’t have to worry about getting a new coach because of Burman’s amazing foresight to lock up Sawvel.
No I didn't miss who the HC or the OC were.....I didn't know if that call came from Johnson or Sawvel. I know no one will be kicked off the staff, but what a horrible idea to put Svoboda back there after last year's horrible experience.
I knew about Burman's contract with Sawvel. frankly speaking Burman should have been gone a LONG time ago.
Terrible loss, terrible play calling, and another good defensive effort. Sawvel needs to let Johnson go. Even just to save his own ass. This loss is completely on the offense and the play calling on that end. First and goal inside the 5, all you have to do is run Tote and Kellman. Instead, let’s get cute and have a tight end throw to a guy who hasn’t even suited up for the past 4 games! Frickin’ genius! I can’t believe I feel this way, but I don’t even care about the border war at this point. Even Norvell had enough sense to fire himself as OC 2 weeks ago for the rammies! They’re going to kill us. So embarrassing.

I actually liked how Johnson called this game other than both wildcat calls. Svboda is just terrible and for some reason they feel loyalty to him for staying, so they give this dude undeserved touches. He's personally lost two games for us as a TE throwing a pass. He didn't get enough of it when he was QB

It makes no sense. First and goal at the five. Give it to Scott 3 times and let him power his way in. Instead, Harris takes it to the 2 and then they do another running play out of the shotgun. Why?! A running play out of the shotgun down at the goal line makes no sense.
The only justification I can think of for this idiotic play calling is the HC and OC are afraid that Anderson is going to throw a pick, or scramble backwards and take a huge loss. Those are valid concerns. Anderson is a big problem in the red zone because he's slow, he likes to scramble backwards, and his decision making is poor. Buckle up guys. Because today was one of our last chances for a win this year.
