I don't know the guy at all, but his online persona looks to be that of the "loud, drunk, fat guy".
They say a lot of polarizing shit, are drunk more than half the days in a week, and eat copious amounts of food because they are so edgy that they "just don't care" what anyone else thinks of them. They listen to Tool because Maynard James Keenan sings non-sensical lyrics that they claim contain hidden truths about the world that only smart people like them can actually understand. Oh, and the TIME SIGNATURES - it must be prophetic music if they use such weird time signatures (IYKYK).
We all know these guys. Most of them out grow it after high school or college and move on with their lives. Some don't. See Kevin Stavely, aka "Uncle Kevin".

Nah. It's way more akin to dial up BBSs we used in the 80s, pre-internet. Social media is always centralized over the WWW.
