I found this site and found this.
It is a replica of the sheet used by the NCAA in 2002 the last time they selected Wyoming as an at large bid.
What I noticed is they looked at overall SOS back then and also at top 50 RPI wins home and away and neutral court.
Should look at one from last year to see what has changed if anything in comparison.
