Two days ago we beat BYU 2.0 aka Smurf State aka Boise State on a safety.

I just find being compared to BYU is the worst kind of insult one can make, even if it comes to comparing how successful a team is.

Also pretty sure that the average age of Boise State isn't 25. :lol:

They've only won ONE conference title in four years, but yeah, that was a lot like BYU's last few years in the MWC.

Yep.

I believe we lost on a fg lol we had plenty of opportunities to stop them after the safety. BSU couldn't do much after theirs. In fact, a safety was better than a TD in this circumstance, winning points plus the ball

Sadly, they still have Southern Utah and UMass left on their schedule... so even if they lose to Utah State, there's almost no way they don't get to 6-6.

Actually I believe that BYU is contractually obligated to the Poinsetta Bowl should it be bowl eligible and not make an Access/Playoff Bowl. Should Wyoming not win the MWC, there is a fairly good chance we play BYU in San Diego.

That is correct. BYU has an agreement with the Poinsettia Bowl for 2016 and 2018. Can we just win the whole MWC enchilada and go to Vegas instead? Just say "no" to drugs and BYU.
