Logo...I can't see a scenario where changing the logo would ever be a good thing. Modifying colors maybe, but the logo is so unique and well known I just can't see changing it.
I also like the unique-ness of our colors, but I am much more open to playing around with that. Especially if it were like a one game deal, or just another alternate jersey. Black and Gold would look ok and wouldn't be too drastic a change, but it would be the same as about 30 other schools out there.
Change the logo? NO. Change the colors? Maybe, but doubtful.

I kind of liked the new unis they had for the BSU and CSU games, but Steamboat needs to be brown. That was my only real qualm with the unis.

I don't see steamboat changing anytime soon. It's way too recognized. Even the state quarter sports it. I can't believe how many people have commented on my tattoo and immediately know that I was born and raised in the great state of Wyoming. I may be in the minority, but I actually like the Prairie Gold gold in the early 2000's. But I also like the gold we use now. I wouldn't mind a blackout every once in a while or maybe a brown helmet.

The 2000 era gold was bad. I was a freshman on campus when they introduced that.. the bookstore was full of that stuff... oi!! Bad.

Not a bad creation and I wouldn't mind seeing something like that once or maybe twice a year, similar to what we had this past year with the alternate uniform. But I also don't want to be like Oregon. There is a balance you have to create between tradition and "modern taste." Call me old-fashioned, but I still love our traditional color schemes and would prefer to keep them for the most part. But I do understand the need to appeal to different markets.
Good luck getting a uniform like that past the old-timers.

I love it! Some of the guys are right, we don't need to be Oregon, but just as we might make fun of the grey hairs for not wanting beer sold or any other changes, we too are entrenched with many things. Logo, never changes! Color....we might find something someday that we would like. We don't need to blow thousands of dollars on a firm to give us colors and t-shirts, we can tap our own like wyopokes2 and the many other talented people of Wyoming.

Very cool. I'm not a fan of going black for black's sake, but doing it as a tribute to Reuben would be awesome. That uni design is sick, too.
