Good call. I guess I just see it as coming home from work and finding your girlfriend of 8 years in bed with a rich man. And it really isn't any of my busines but the FCS is always getting raked over the coals by the FBS. I kinda feel bad for The Herd. They really had something going and impessive to watch them play the game.
And the non AQ get raked over by the BCS schools......Chris Peterson.
I was gonna mention that too. It just gets old after a while. Maybe Bohl will turn the program around. I heard something on Bisonville about Wyoming moving up to the Big12. ??
No. Our wrestling program might move there, because the MWC doesnt have wrestling and the WWC (Western Wrestling Conference) is not pretty bad
Nice. Well considering what Bohl has done/did with NDSU's program, maybe its just a matter of time before UW moves up. Pretty amazing what he did in ND. I figured they'd keep it close with K State but never thought they'd beat the conference champs. The guy knows what hes doing.
He didn't beat the conference champs, he beat Kansas State.
K-State won their conference the year prior... ??
Exactly. This year KState was 5th place in the Big 12.
But they won the year before. They were the reigning champions when NDSU beat them.
That's the dumbest fucking thing I've ever read.
Whats wrong? Can't comprehend it? Its not that difficult.
It's wrong. This season, who was the Big 12 champion? Did NDSU beat them?
K-State won it in 2012. The Bison played them the first game of the 2013 season and won. They (K-State) had just won the conference. The following season they played NDSU and lost. This year they're not so great.
So the 2013 NDSU team did not beat the 2013 Big 12 champs. That's different than what I said, how?
Jesus, it's like Idiocracy here tonight.

7-3. Those opponents combined records: 48-76.
Best wins: KSU (7-5) 24-21;CMU (8-6) 44-14 this was a convincing win; Ball St. (5-7) 29-24
Non convincing wins: Minnesota (3-9) and (1-11); KU (3-9); CSU (4-8)

Losses: ISU (7-6) 17-34, expected; WYO (4-8) 13-16, not so expected especially after Decimating CMU the year before; Minnesota (6-7) 9-10, expected but close.

Nothing truly convincing to me.

Yea...because your guy Dave Christensen had so many convincing wins during his time at Wyoming

So they are 7-3 in their last 10 FBS games and you aren't convinced? Especially when they are 4-2 in their BCS games.
Wyo is 3-7 in our last 10 d1 games. And 0-3 against Texas 0-2 against Nebraska. Not so impressive against the BCS.

Yep, that's right. I'm not convinced.
And I don't know why one is bringing up DC and the other is bringing up DCs record against BCS teams. I am fine with getting I'd of DC. I have said this before.
And someone else stated that NDSU wasn't just going and getting random Bottom Feeders in smaller conferences to play, they played BCS teams... Look at the location: Wyoming (non BCS) is a regional game. CSU was the same. Minnesota (BCS Bottom Feeder) played them because they were more regional, ISU, not to far away, KU and KSU about the same distance as ISU and CSU. With exception of Ball St and CMU, your FBS schools were considered regional contests.
ISU and KU have always been known as the Bottom feeder teams of the Big 12.
Minnesota has always been mid to low in their conference. In recent memory they have been dubbed the Bottom feeder of the Big 10. WYO and CSU are both typically mid range MWC teams.

So yeah, not convinced.

Don't get me wrong, I will be supporting Craig Bohl and this UW team come next year, I just think WR could've done better.

Yeah....the Bison really don't have much to show. I bet the Pokes would just hammer the hell out of them. And the crowds and the tailgating in Laramie was nothing short of spectacular. Good grief.....some of the most foolish stuff I have read. Maybe that comes from being in Kansas too long.

Is this Chris Peterson I hear mentioned from time to time, the same Chris Peterson who was QB for the Cal Davis football team that the Bison hammered in the 1985 quarter-finals in Davis,CA?

all fun aside. Montana has a great program and we shall see you in the Fargo Dome next Sept. Should be a great game.
Haha!! For sure!! Me and a few friends are talking about jumping on Amtrak to come out and see The Dome and the Bison in action!

You will have fun. I am kicking around heading out to Laramie to watch the Cowboys and your Griz on the way out to my elk hunt next September.
Nice! I'm kinda stuck with one of the other just because the first week weve got Wyoming and the week after we've got you guys. So after all the travel between Laramie back to Billings then to Fargo and back to Billings has gotta ba around 2500 miles and still try to run my crews at work. I think its gonna be one or the other. Just not sure witch one. The Dome sounds like a sight to see tho!

Things were looking good for NDSU for next year, notwithstanding they're losing 24 seniors, but now with a completely new coaching staff and new QB, not so much so.

Yeah, the K-State win.

I even admit that was pretty damn impressive. K-State went 7-5 and is bowl bound. That one loss to the reigning FCS champion has to hurt.

In K-State's defense..first game of the season with two untested QB's. They weren't ready. Maybe if they replayed, K-State would win. But, they don't and they didn't.

NDSU was much better at the end of the season than they were in that first game too.

Well, a loss is a loss (just like a win is a win), but: the only solid loss was the loss to ISU. In the one point loss to Minnesota the Bison had a couple hundred more total yards than the Goofs, hit the right upright on a 22 yd fg attempt, and had a touchdown called back on an, um, obscure tripping penalty on the line. The loss to Wyo, the bison were beat up, star RB Tyler Rohl was sidelined with an upper ankle sprain, and fought that injury all season. We were starting the year with a new QB, Nick Mertens, who never panned out and suffered for two years with him, before Jensen came on the scene. The game was tied until Mertens threw an interception (this became Merten's modus operandi his two years) deep in Bison territory with around a minute to play. The defense held, but Wyo kicked the game winning FG. I have forgotten how the total yards shook out in this game.

Two losses there by a total of 4 points, just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes. And all of those games were away. Those Bison teams, especially the year they played at Laramie, were nowhere close to as good as these last 3 years. The only two years the Bison have really been down since they went Div 1 were 2008 and 2009. One of those years was the 3-8 seaon.

I think I'll be going to the Griz/Bison game next season. Nothing Wyoming ever did got me excited to see them play. Plus we can get shitfaced on Amtrak lol

I think NDSU will divvy up coaches sandlot style.

Bohl will take O coord Vigen , stanard + Burns, and Aj cooper (Arizona recruiter)

klieman D coord will be next NDSU head coach with. Fuchs goeser j rich staying

This is just my guess http://bisonation.serverforumhosting.com/post2835.html#p2835" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

See now, Wyonation, this is a response. Thanks Blood. It's enlightening, gives more depth and isn't someone insulting you and being a little Bitch, like wyobison just was.

They don't build train cars long enough for bowling allies. Plus the train is to wobbly at speed. I have a hard enough time tryin to walk on them sober, let alone tryin to bowl after a 12 pack!
