The Forgotten Border War- UW @ NEB

Not the best firts half, but it's manageable.

We need to establish the run. I feel confident we will. Hill gets better as the game goes on and the offensive line is getting their asses chewed right now so they should come out fired up.

Defensively, big plays and third and long is kicking our ass right now. We've got to get that cleaned up. I think we can score on Armstrong. He not very smart. Hopefully, he'll hang another up there for us to take to the house.

Hopefully, we'll come out with an opening second half drive to get some points. If we can make this a one possession game again, it's anyones ballgame.
 
Amazing 4th down TD salvaged the half and made a game out of it. Conway's return was huge and TD wouldn't even have happened if it wasn't for that return. Biggest disappointment for me is that we are on pace to give up 560 passing yards to the one and only Tommy Armstrong. Hopefully can score to start the 2nd half, would be nice to get the run game going, but up the gut, up the gut, up the gut, up the gut, up the gut just doesn't get it done.

We def have to question some play calling. Those are calls to win a game right there. Call shit that is as ballsy as our QB.

Yeah, need to hit between the tackles and guards, and even some outside runs to open the middle up. Diversify it a bit more.
