Texas vs WYO Tickets

Found out today my Col. is a UT grad. I asked him if he was going to drive up to Laramie this weekend for the game and he said he was thinking about it. He was asking me how hard it would be to get tickets if he just drove up there. Do they allow scalping up there? What would be his best bet to get a few tickets?

No scalping is allowed outside the stadium, but scalping is not illegal in Wyoming. Check Craigslist. Too late for stubhub or ebay.
