While they are 1-2 they also have had some good teams recently...the 21 pt loss to Texas Tech on the road is expected. But after being down by 20 to Utah, they came back with a barrage of 3s to lose by 6 on the road. INHO this would be an impressive road win for the Pokes. In 2022 they were WAC champs, 2023 CUSA Champs but 13-19 last year. Let's hope this years yeam is more like last years team,

Sam Houston was only down by 10 at half against TTU. They are a good team and expect an L for the boys first road trip

I will be pleasantly surprised if we win this one. We'll be in it for sure, but this is a good team on the road. Sam Houston is ranked #171 in KemPom. Wyoming is #128. For reference, Northern Colorado is currently #175, and we had a tough exhibition game against them in Gillette.

we’re outplaying them for big stretches but we’re 8-17 on free throws and they’re 24-25. Free throws in will lose us quite a few games of this keeps up

The yips at the free throw line finally got them. Get that fixed, and they’ll be fine. This one is one that they’ve got to put n the rear view mirror, and shoot free throws until the nets wear out.
