I found this statement a tad puzzling:

“Next year, we chase consistency over perfection,” Wicks said in March. “I thought we played some really perfect games this year to help us win, but we don’t want perfection. I want consistency. I want the same thing over and over again.”

The Tribune-Eagle no longer paywalls articles. The Casper paper needs to look into ways to make that happen too. As far as Sunny's statement, the paragraph before says he expects to be in the championship this year. I think the consistency over perfection comment is how the world works. You don't train new employees until they are perfect before you get them on the phones. You train them until they can do the same things over and over again repeatedly. No one is perfect. No one. However, if you can consistently do things the right way you will always be very very good at what you do.
