Anyone else fed up with Tashaun pushing his million little brothers towards rival MW schools? Per Vorel RT, talked up CSU to another little brother. Guess that free education and gratefulness Wyo gave him didn't mean a thing.

Wyoming gave Tashaun a chance to play with his big brother Marcel. Also gave his big brother not one but TWO chances at division 1 football.

The move to safety at UW was the best thing that ever happened to him.

Yeah a real bum....top ten safety in the NFL. :? I would say it was a management issue and a personality conflict. Players didn't play hard for DC...they perceived him as "KIng Dave". Not many liked him because he thought he was better than everyone around him. When your locker room doesn't support the head coach you have problems!

I see a lot of lazy college players that turn it around at the NFL level. I guess getting paid big bucks can turn a lot of lazy players into motivated players. I think Huff and Herron fit that mold .I can remember Herron disappearing from quite a few games. Herron could basically do what he wanted to the defense when he played in the slot.

He doesn't owe UW anything now. He can tell his family that there are other places besides Laramie, and Wyoming that have football and colleges.

Do you not remember him playing CB? Lol he was bad.. hence the move to Safety. Similar to Chris Pro now.. dude got fried at Safety in pass coverage at Wyo now he starts in Jacksonville. Pro money and proper coaching does wonders. Don't get Chris mixed into same category at Tashaun, though.

No, no, no, that's not what I meant.

What I was getting at was that it seemed like the football forum had a new topic for every recruit we have looked at, with multiple threads discussing the overall recruiting class, then the basketball forum is relatively dead. It seems like it's football season on here just going by the amount of stuff going on.

Maybe it's just that I've never given two shits about recruiting because we are always have some of the worst classes, and whether they are highly ranked or not coming out of highschool, they still haven't played 1 snap of D1 ball, or even one practice at the D1 level.

It's something to be looked at yeah, but the amount of talk compared to the basketball forum is ridiculous.

I bet it's like that at USC or Alabama. The difference is though, they actually have good football teams!

And Gipson, whether he steers his family away or not, any recruit that sees he went to Wyo when he is on TV, will take notice of that.
