3 helmet to helmet shots and he only got called for one. In addition, he's a football junky, studies film, and realizes that Smiths delivery gets him out of a lot of sacks, but gets him hit a ton.

Tank Carter studied film, had a gameplan, and delivered that game plan with three helmet to helmet hits.

He's a pussy. Karma is a bitch.
 
He really is, He took extra steps and he lunges leading with his Helmet I lost a lot of respect for him watching his head hunting so much. He does that shit in the NFL he will be eating 25-50K fines every week so I'm fine with that.

Definitely helmet to helmet, and led with his helmet. He also threw a forearm in Smith's chest at least twice.

Ya, whatever, I was mad at the officials, and the punt. I'm sure he will live. Your right I should be nice to the guy head hunting our qb.... have you ever competed at anything?
 
That's the nice thing about that kind of dirty play. The football gods almost always notice and they almost always humble the injurer with a lengthy injury of their own.

I won't be surprised or upset when Carder goes down for a year or two with an injury.
 
I love the passion you guys have for your team, but you're crazy if you think the hit that took Smith out of the game was in any way dirty. At the end of the game your QB told the media that he got the wind knocked out of him. Since when does a hit to the head knock the wind out of a guy?

Tank was running at full speed at 230 lbs and went unguarded by your OL, allowing him to lead with his shoulder right into Smith's upper chest. There's not one thing dirty about that except how pathetic the OL was on that play. Smith got his clock cleaned and this ain't two-below.


Glad Smith is okay, he's a great player and will lead Wyoming to a MWC title if he can learn to avoid the sack.

The TCU fan who just posted ahead of this post is correct - at least on the last hit on Smith. Smith was not knocked unconscious and did not suffer a concussion from what I heard and is expected to start at AF next Saturday. Our OL did a pretty fair job in the first half, but I can't say the same thing about the second half - and that is the way it has been the last two games.
