Here's a couple of stories from from WyomingSports.org on UW's win over Lousiana Tech in the Jim Thorpe Classic.

This Wyoming team is going to be special. Larry Nance is getting better and more comfortable every game - he may be FOY folks - he has that much potential. UNLV & SDSU keep talking about their high ranked recruits, but Wyoming's recruits are just as good (and we have the coaching staff that will bring them along the right way). There is not a player on this team that can't contribute.

I really hope that attendance picks up after the holidays. There is no reason why there can't be a whole pile of students at all these games. What else they got going on when it's so cold out?

Coach Shyatt got the fans (& students) out to the games when he was here before, and I believe he will do it again with the AD's help and with the way his team plays. I was a little surprised there were as many at the game last night as there were with it being a Sunday night following the long Thanksgiving Holiday weekend and the students filtering back into Laramie. I can't wait for the Double A to start rockin again with the fans all the way to the top of the Double A.

Nance Jr did look pretty special last night. His long arms will make him a turnover specialist IMO
And Cruz and Martinez will score a lot of threes this year. Martinez will break Ogirri's 3pt records IMO
