Probably pulled a Oklahoma - paid the powers-that-be under the table to let him off on a lesser charge. That's how OU gets away with things with the NCAA.

They don't. Why.....NCAA needs OU to do well to sell tickets, bowl shit, etc...OSU is getting there but not yet.

Even if they did, they'll just pull a OU i,e., have Boone Pickens pay off the NCAA.

Most everything was either unfounded (i.e sour grapes) or from the Les Miles era (i.e. beyond the 5 year rule).
