UW is a fucking joke.
What respected people in the higher-ed will want to come to UW?
What respected people in the athletic community will want to come to UW?

If it's true it virtually guarantees that next president is someone internal like Buchanan or a "name" in the state like Freudenthal or Sullivan. No one from another university will come in here like this. We'll be toxic.

That's why I'm finding this all hard to believe. There are some highly intelligent people on the board who will recognize this.

Me too....If this is truue and there isn't a very substantial reason that we didn't know about. I may well be on my way to stop all financial giving to the university. Not that I give a whole lot but I have been increasing it every year and plan on continuing to do so.
