Stats, and player of the game?

How about the entire offensive line? Gave Smith time to throw all day and opened up some big holes for all the backs to gain big yards.

Smith wasn't bad, but some of his plays were amateur at best. Won't get away with that against better teams. Muhammed for me made the best of every play given to him. Great motor, seems to want it more than everyone else. Just my observation of course.

Korey Jones - 3 Sacks - In a Row - Defensive Player of the game.

Ghaali - Beast mode- Destroyer of childrens dreams - Dont put him back to Safety - Offensive player of the game

United States of America - Pure Awesomeness - FUCK YEAH - Kicking Ass since 1776 - Player of the game.

Yeah, Ghaali just torched them.

But still, 600 yards of offense, wow. And defense just dominated in the second half. :thumb:

As awesome as Ghaali's long runs were, I'd say the line did the job for him and he found the holes in those cases. He still had 6 of his ten runs go for 2 or less. I really like him as one of the runningbacks, though, as he's definitely got a different style of running than the other two.

Yeah. He's not really all that good for hitting the edge, but he can usually do very well on short yardage situations. And that last run, if he was a bit faster Wyoming would have gone over 50 points!

Super impressed with Ghaali's vision. Found the seams and blocks and capitalized on them. The fact he had seams and blocks to follow is a nice surprise from our O line.

If Pokes continue to play like this, I can definitly see a bowl game in the future. SDSU is being exposed by option teams amd running it up the gut, both of which Wyoming likes to do, UNLV has no defense, and UNM, well, the last few games kind of speak for themselves. However, we need to see what happens next Saturday against BGSU.

But hey, 1000 yards and 80 points in 2 games is a HUGE improvement over last year!

What about 1812?

The O-Line gets my vote. 600+ yards of total offense and no sacks can only happen if the boys up front are dominating and they did that yesterday. Smith had an average game, the RB's ran hard, but the OL was dominating!!
