State budget woes

Through TBD, TB is about to increase budgets beyond imagine while other MWC will struggle to buy TP. He is going to liquid assets and increase revenues to make our yearly budgets more solvent. He will also cut things that are not necessary like pre-game entertainment and recruiting.

Why does that make me think of Good Morning Vietnam?

Seeing as how the V.P. is such a V.I.P., shouldn't we keep the P.C. on the Q.T.? 'Cause if it leaks to the V.C. he could end up M.I.A., and then we'd all be put out in K.P.

Solar panels for centralized energy is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Solar Thermal is a way better option.

Wyoming's economy is no where near diversified enough. There will be a time when this state crashes and stays crashed

I have no idea what the ultimate finding will be as the best means to capture solar energy. However, developments in solar are advancing and Wyoming has both land and sun (requirements for any type of capture of solar energy).

Wyoming offers a lot of other resources that few states can provide (i.e. significant open lands and water sources not fully appropriated), I believe that Wyoming will find a way to re-invent itself regardless as to the future of fossil fuels.

solar is really making huge strides and in many states is cheaper then off the grid now without any subsidizes.
