Sports line live is a joke, it's be going down hill over the years, KOWB need's to get rid of that clown David Settle. He is so bad on sport line, does not know what he is talking about, he, is the worst highschool broadcaster in the state, can't call a highschool game. :rofl: Cowboy talk is bad with him on it. :thumb:

Have to agree that the program has gone downhill. Settle sure is a big let down after Dave and Kevin stepped down. Hardly missed the program in the David/Kevin era but now hardly ever listen anymore. And, I certainly don't listen to Settle doing the LHS football games. I can understand being involved in the game but Settle's screaming doesn't cut it with me. Frankly am kind of amazed the program is still on the air -- hardly ever have listeners call in anymore (maybe I just happen to listen on nights when no one calls, I think that is because Settle doesn't want to hear anyone disagreeing with him. It is quite obvious who he likes and who he dislikes on the University scene. Usually have my car radio set to KOWB so don't change it unless I can pick up real good reception (which isn't likely in the Laramie area in the late evening and nights) on some other AM station.
 
Kari's fun to listen too, they say it's Wyoming's longest running sports show....duh...there's only 2 in the whole state that I know of. I used to remember George Kay and Tim Ray at K2, doing theirs, I miss it. KFBC AM 1240 is a good one for Sports Zone from 4-6pm, Keith, Dave and Robert Gagliardi do a good job.
 
Dave and Kevin did such a great job, the show has wen't down hill since, they have been gone. Kowb should hire someone a lot smarter than David settle, or Kari, bring someone that knows sports. I talked to a baseball fan that I know, he told me that Kari does not know what a K means in baseball, when he called up sport line. I feel bad that the show has wen't down hill, thanks alot David Settle.
