He called the concept of play calling as overrated. "It doesn't matter what play you call if you don't execute it." He said all the bitching about play calling is usually really complaints about plays that failed. I agree wholeheartedly. There was some bitching about play calling in the overtime with SJSU, but if they had executed the plays there wouldn't have been any complaints.

True. And it only takes 1 out of 11 offensive players to make it look bad, no matter how well the other 10 execute.
