So WyoNation...did UW miss Afam last night?

Obvisoulsly, we won because he wasn't on the court. Whether it was Desmar, Thiam, Wadell, AJ, Luster, whomever...they played as a team last night. Best team effort of the season IMO.

Is Afam a talent, with good basketball skills...sure. Has he developed a reputation of being a liability in the hustle, defense, turnover, and selfishness department, yep, and last night's team performance without him just exposed it that much more to the fans with blinders on.

I am of course hoping the latter of the two. The pokes played better (as a team) last night than I have seen for years. I know Heath saw it as well...he comments in the post game were very focused on the team aspect. Heath had his hand forced though...so you never know what will go on from here.
