Just need a single coaching point... Put some air under it and let him high point the ball. Would have worked. Sadly, that didn't happen. And that's why Evan wasn't a good QB. He can make most of the throws. But the right throw at the right time, not so much... Still... tell him before the play to put some air under it. Oh yeah, we have JJ.

If we beat CSU, who I hate even more after the P12 thing, all should be forgiven. If... The Cowboys played tough today. AF is way better than their record. I figured it would come down to a single game changing play, and it did. The Cowboys played their ass off today folks, it just didn't happen. For those of you who actually played sports, you get it. But yeah if JJ would have/could have, not sure, at least in practice, made sure Evan put some air under the ball, it was a great play.

BTW, I think they should have hired Polasek, and kept the same offense we've played. The reason? We are good when we do something DIFFERENT than everyone else. Tiller was awesome in the 90s, cause nobody else ran the spread. Now everybody does. I love the NFL offense in college. And Bohl recruited more NFL players than anyone since the Black 14.

He also had a receiver open in the middle of the end zone. No coaching to tell him he to look for other receivers.
