With our friends 50 miles south of Laramie. They go into huge debt for their stadium, they have a coach named Bo-Bo, their basketball stadium has a weird ram thing with freaky looking dumb horns, they got trucked by cu, and they sent out a portfolio to the big whatever saying how awesome they are.

There is a good chance that we could start another couple year boot sweep to open their new debt machine. They might open that thing to crowds of 10000. I want to run my mouth on the Mwc board, but am waiting for the perfect time. Also, we get to open the conference schedule with them... Which means if we win we get 7 more glorious week of smack to feed them. I smile every time I think about it. They are on the fence of disaster!

And they got a great bb coach... At least for us. Oh it's a good week for us.

P.s. somebody should cook up a batch of fudge to exchange for the boot, but first we got to ask how they want it packed? I mean it would be generic to wrap in saran wrap, a box would be much nicer.

It has been a rough few days for CSU fans to say the least. To come into opening weekend thinking you have as legitimate a chance as ever to beat your rival, only to get smashed 44-7? Damn...that saps a lot of excitement out. Bobo (which means dumb in Spanish) will need to shape up quickly or the negativity stemming from this loss will leak into the rest of the season. They are a dark horse to be a #10-#12 team in the MW this fall.

That said, let's get the boot back in Laramie before talking about a multi-year run. I know the NIU win has people boosted, but damn...some of y'all are making like we just beat USC or something. :lol: If this team beats Nebraska or keeps it close, awesome...but remember how hyped everyone was when Smith/Herron and co. nearly beat Nebraska in 2013? Well surely if the team can nearly beat the Cornfuckers in Lincoln, that means we'll be MW Champs, right?

College football is a marathon, not a sprint. One win over a MAC school doesn't signal the return of the great Roach years. Depth is still thin and CFB is a week-to-week game. Getting to 3-1 in September is the goal. Accomplish that, and a bowl is more than likely.

I love that we get to play them right away in conference. As long as we don't look past anyone, we should be riding into that game no worse than 3-1. Meanwhile, CSU is panicking and already benched their All-MWC quarterback from last year.

Yeah, I think I'll wait until after we steal the boot to flip them a bunch of shit. We'll allow them to be confident and mouthy before kick-off. After that, their asses are ours for the season.
